Are the courses accessible for beginners or if I am not flexible?
Of course. The studio offers classes for all levels, including a program specially designed for beginners. Wherever you start from, you will find options and progressions adapted to your needs.
Is it only focused on flexibility?
No. While flexibility is at the heart of the work, my method goes further: it also develops strength, endurance, fluidity, body awareness and emotional grounding. It is a complete practice, both physical and mental. It is also trauma-sensitive.
Do I need specific equipment?
Just a rug will suffice to get started. A wall will sometimes be necessary for inversion practices. You can also invest in two blocks and a strap, but in the meantime, two large books and a belt may be fine.
What makes your method unique? Is it only yoga?
My method is a liberating approach that blends yoga, flexibility, pilates, somatic practices and meditation. It is progressive, fluid, dynamic and challenging, while remaining deeply rooted in softness and awareness. It invites you to explore the body as a space of freedom, strength and subtlety. The idea is to offer a complete space for both body and mind, beyond categories.
