This 4-day immersion is an invitation to explore yourself, from the physical body to the most subtle.
We will take a journey into ourselves to create softness and space by exploring our bodies and releasing tension. The days will combine dynamic or meditative practices and in-depth workshops on flexibility & inversions.

In a timeless interlude, in the heart of nature, only 20 minutes from Paris, you will discover a safe space for a poetic return to oneself in a bucolic green setting, in a gentle and friendly atmosphere, grounded and connected.

Develop your flexibility with softness and connection. This workshop will take you on a conscious and patient journey to front splits. It will use active and passive flexibility as well as your breath to safely increase your range of motion. It will allow you to understand the mechanics of the posture in order to approach it with respect for your body and your limits.

Change your perspective and learnforearmstand with confidence and safety. You will learn to trust yourself, building the strength and mobility needed to find balance.

SPACIOUS HIPS : WORKSHOP MIDDLE SPLITS & HIPS

Create more space, find more freedom. Softly, in connection with your sensations and your breath, you will discover how to increase flexibility and mobility in your hips. Combining passive and active flexibility, this workshop will offer a wide range of postures that will gradually allow you to find openness by releasing tensions and blockages, up to middle splits.

OPENing the HEART : BACKBENDS WORKSHOP

Find softness, fluidity and freedom in your backbends. Designed as a conscious exploration of your body, this workshop will allow you to learn the right techniques and use the right mechanisms to create more space and ease in the backbends, in a balance between strength and flexibility.
