Uncover your flexibility with softness and connection. This workshop will take you on a conscious and patient journey to the front split. We will explore active and passive flexibility as well as our breath to safely increase our range of motion. It will allow you to understand the mechanisms of the posture in order to approach it with respect for your body and your limits.
