Front Splits
& legs flexibility

Uncover your flexibility with softness and connection. This workshop will take you on a conscious and patient journey to the front split. We will explore active and passive flexibility as well as our breath to safely increase our range of motion. It will allow you to understand the mechanisms of the posture in order to approach it with respect for your body and your limits.

PART 2

Middle Splits & Hips mobility

Create more space, find more freedom. With softness, connection to your sensations and your breath, this class is designed to help you increase flexibility and mobility in your hips. Combining passive and active flexibility, this workshop will offer a wide range of postures that will gradually allow you to find openness by releasing tensions and blockages, up to the large middle split.

PART 3

Backbends

JANUARY, 15 2023
5-7pm

Find softness, fluidity and freedom in your backbends. Designed as a conscious exploration of your body, this workshop will help you learn the right techniques and mechanisms to create more space and ease in the backbends, in a balance between strength and flexibility.
