THEME 1: FRONT SPLITS & LEG FLEXIBILITY
Uncover your leg flexibility in a soft and connected way. The three classes will take you on a conscious and patient journey towards the front split. You will discover flows, exercises and drills that combine active and passive flexibility with your breath to understand the posture and approach it with respect for your body and your limits.
THEME 2 : MIDDLE SPLITS & HIPS FLEXIBILITY
Create more space, find more freedom in your hips. Softly, in connection with your sensations and your breath, you will discover how to increase your flexibility and mobility up to the middle splits.
THEME 3 : Backbends
Find softness, fluidity and freedom in your backbends. Designed as a conscious exploration of your body, this week will allow you to learn the right techniques and use the right mechanisms to create more space and ease in the backbends, in a balance between strength and flexibility.
